The Studio

Four double bedrooms in Derbyhaven, next door to Harbour House and sharing the shore-front amenities, available for longer stays from October to March.

Winter lettings only

The Studio takes holiday guests through the summer, so longer stays here run through the off-season. If you need somewhere all year round, Harbour House is available at any time.

Availability

Nights are what count. A shaded square is a night already taken; a half square is a changeover day. The summer months are shaded throughout because the house is let to holiday guests then.

Where it is

Derbyhaven, between Castletown and Ronaldsway. King William's College is within walking distance and the airport is a three-minute drive, with historic Castletown the same three minutes the other way.

Electricity, mains gas and heating oil are metered and billed separately on actual consumption. The house is strictly non-smoking throughout.
